    Arkansas Meat Distributor??

    Anyone from Arkansas? Looking for wholesale meat/poultry, etc., distributor--rather than SYSCO, Performance, Ben E Keith and the big national/regional chains, etc. Anyone have any recommendations/referrals. I will be in the SE part of the state, about 30 miles or so south of Pine Bluff.

    Anyone ever smoke a pizza??

    I am opening a restaurant and I have some pizzas that I am introducing with SE Asian/Pizza infusion, some with BBQ meat or fish on them, i wanted to explore smoking them. Anyone have experience with putting smoke flavor onto a pizza?? Procedure, times, etc?? Thanks for any insight, tips!
