    How do you cook turkeys in pizza oven?

    At Thanksgiving, we will close our pizza restaurant and prepare four or five turkeys for our family of 40. Do you have any techniques for cooking multiple turkeys in a pizza oven? How long? What temperature? Should they be covered with aluminum foil or oiled paper?
