    Recently had dim sum in Ottawa Canada. They served an opaque wrapper stuffed with a single large shrimp. The wrapper was staemed and very delicate. Do you know how it is made. Any other dim sum ideas are needed as well.

    How do I heat frozen cooked Crab legs?

    Thank you to all. They were wonderful. Steamed them from thawed state for just a few minutes. They stayed firm and oh so sweet.

    My Chinese wife loves when i cook her chicken feet. We do not find them often but buy some when we do. I just simmer in a little water ,soy sauce and garlic. Salt and pepper as well. I will not eat them but she and her daughter go to town on them.

    I chose #2. He was so happy to hear from her and gave much the same technique as #1. She was very happy with the result because she is not a cook and surprised herself. I tasted her recipe and told her i would need to go slow at aquiring that taste.

    I think it just fine serving instant coffee to a guest. It is the company and conversation that really matters. You seem to be a good host/hostess? just by wondering if this is ok. I have been to Asia many times and serve instant coffe in my home there. A coffee drinker can usually choke it down...
