    Desperately seeking

    I am looking for a recipe I made some years ago....It was like a shepherd's pie but more Mexican in flavour. It had meat, salsa, carrots, corn etc in the base and the crust was made from cooked squash and...well I can't remember???? Can anyone help me???

    Hi all...just found this great site in my travels. I am a 40 something RPN with a 15 year old daughter and have been married 3 months to a wonderful guy from the UK. We have 2 kittens, 2 ferrets and lots of fish!!
