Hi people,
a few weeks ago I tried to bake a blueberry-cake. I used fresh blueberries and mixed them with cream etc. to receive a great topping. In the beginning the topping was blue/purple but some hours ago it turned grey!
Can anybody help my? Why did this happen? Does this happen to you, too?
