I had chipped beef I had to use. Low and behold my husband does not like chipped beef gravy. I'm like what am I suppose to do? My husband does like cheese steak. So putting on my thinking cap. I began to realize he also has a deep liking toward Asian inspired dishes. I also had tortillas I needed to use.

Oil or spray to coat the pan.

Put the veggies in. I used frozen. Mushrooms, green and red peppers, onions.

Soy sauce. Sprinkle that in. Soy sauce does carry a strong flavor, so not much is needed.

Once the veggies are in a nice state add in the chipped beef.
Then

Garlic powder
Onion powder
Ginger powder

A little more soy sauce.

Add in the cheese last just enough to melt it a little.

Then in another pan use oil. Let the oil heat up also use a brush to coat the inside of the tortillas.

After the oil has finished heating place the first one down. After a few seconds add the filling and spread them out. Then add the top.

Decide if it is firm enough and flip. Watch it, it does not take long.

The only complaint I got was it needed more cheese but he eat two of them. I made him the first one and he was like if you have other I'd eat it.

You can use fresh ingredients. I highly suggest it. I was feeling a bit lazy.
