I love finding interesting new dishes and cuisines, the most recent dish was vaca frita inspired from a Cuban restaurant in downtown San Jose. After about 6 months I figured out how to duplicate. Not that I don't enjoy the process; I will be looking for more assistance down the road when I take on new adventures as well as sharing my many pitfalls... like the first time I tried to make an Indian "curry" dish and ended with onion mush!
