Hi any tips on that are welcome
me too!i also store asparagus,broccoli & cauliflower the same way(minus the bag)just trim a bit off the bottom of the stalk/s,just as you would for cut flowers and put them in the fridge,in a glass or bowl with the bottom of the stalk/s just submerged in water.firms them up a treat,too!!Hi. I put them in a glass of water and cover loosely with a plastic produce bag from the supermarket, then store in the fridge.

I don't use a lot of dill, but when I do I buy those small, plastic single serving things. I take oot what I need and throw the rest back into the fridge in the container it came in. If I use it in a week or two it still seems good. Kind of makes me wonder if you need to do anything special to it if you are using it within a couple weeks.
