(Me again hehe) Can I freeze my homemade frosted cupcakes for a month+ ?

ok so I made some chocolate cupcakes and frosted them

cake has flour, eggs, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla, cocoa powder, sugar, butter and water (I guess that's it)

as for the frosting it was milk, confectioner sugar, vanilla, and butter

I made about a dozen and they were too sweet

And I have no one to eat them lol, and my nephew is coming next month is it ok for me to freeze them for a month?

I frozen cupcakes during Hurricane Wilma.
They were for my niece's birthday, and of course the hurricane put everything off. I only froze them for 2 weeks though.

I would have frozen them prior to frosting. I'm not sure how that part will hold up in the deep freeze, but the cake will be fine!
