I am always on the look out for flavourful and simple recipies. I came across this one lately.
Rub chicken breast with garlic - season with salt and pepper- then marinate, (doesn`t need to be for long), in olive oil, a little lemon juice and sage leaves, (mixed to an emulsion). Then fry. I like to serve this with a german red cabbage recipe and mashed potatoes. Of course a nice chilled glass of white wine finishes it off very nicely
