It's Taco Aloha Friday here in the middle of the desert.



Grilled Chicken seasoned with Miners Mix Wholly Chipotle Seasoning & Rub
and then fully loaded to the diners desire, all in a toasted Flour tortilla from our local carniceria.

Chicken tinga tacos redone.

Tonight for supper we finished off some leftovers: tourtière, curry chicken, and some dolmadakia. We also finished off the kebbe. I fried some vegis (onion, green beans, corn, peas, and pea shoots) with some Madras curry masala paste and then stirred in some yogourt. I also baked some potatoes and served them with sour cream and some chives from the freezer that I chopped up.

I did get some kebbe, even though it isn't in this photo.

Finally made the chicken soup! We each had a bowl with noodles...and then we each had a little more.

About a quart and a half is disappeared into the freezer. Stocking up for ready meals when we get back from OH.

Dinner has been rather sporadic here lately.

We made do with cold meatloaf sandwiches and chips.

Ice cream for dessert.
