It's Taco Aloha Friday here in the middle of the desert.
Grilled Chicken seasoned with Miners Mix Wholly Chipotle Seasoning & Rub
and then fully loaded to the diners desire, all in a toasted Flour tortilla from our local carniceria.
Tonight for supper we finished off some leftovers: tourtière, curry chicken, and some dolmadakia. We also finished off the kebbe. I fried some vegis (onion, green beans, corn, peas, and pea shoots) with some Madras curry masala paste and then stirred in some yogourt. I also baked some potatoes and served them with sour cream and some chives from the freezer that I chopped up.
I did get some kebbe, even though it isn't in this photo.
