Topping suggestions?

I'd like to make sherbert (sp?) and vanilla ice cream cups for Father's Day. I'm going to use glass pudding dishes, spreading a layer of sherbert around the inside, fill it with French vanilla ice cream and top it with sherbert. Once frozen, dip in water to loosen and then flip it out upside down to serve. My questions are:
1) Should I use the classic Creamsicle orange or change it up and use raspberry?
2) What should I use as a topping? Sauce? Nuts?

Our store has limited flavors of sherbert and he loves blueberry.

Why not gather together all the toppings that you have or can get, put them in pretty little bowls, jugs etc. and let everyone 'do' their own?
