For one drink
2 oz Bicardi Limon
4 lime wedges - two uses
6 mint leaves
1 oz simple syrup
club soda
1 oz watermelon, seeded
Tear the mint leaves in half and muddle together with three of the lime wedges in a cocktail shaker. Add the rum and simple syrup. Pour into a highball glass, filled with crushed ice. Top with club soda. Muddle the watermelon in the cocktail shaker, and pour on top of the mojito. Place remaining lime wedge on the side of the glass. Use a straw!
This is amazing..........the limon rum makes a huge difference. It goes down very very easily.
