Katie - it's been a while since I've logged in, and your post about your WEDDING!!! was the first thing I read... How completely WONDERFUL for you - your story has renewed faith in my heart that there IS more love out there for you - for ALL of us - if we are brave and open enough to receive it... I am sending you and Glenn BIG love and light... this holiday season will be so special for you... your favorite little naughty mouthed pal, Sara, aka pot clanger
Thanks, pot clanger. Every holiday/occasion that passes comes with a challenge. Buck always made sure he showered me with a "treat" of some sort on Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter...you get the idea. Since June 18th, the plug has been pulled and I don't get any notices or treats. I didn't even get an Easter card this time. Guess I'll have to resort to sending cards to myself.
Hi Katie - I am in Central Coast region of California - the southern most part of it, tho. And now I only have Tessa - my Charlie developed a freak nasal cancer that was diagnosed in late Sept of '08 and I had to put her down in early January. I put her pics up anyway - I miss my girl every day. Thanks for reaching out. I felt so silly talking about my dog, when you lost your husband! but all hearts break the same way... I hope you have a lovely Easter...
Hi Katie - it's that stranger, (or should I say "strange her!")
It's hard to know what to say - most everything has already been said by people wiser or by those who know you better, but I just wanted to let you know that you've been on my mind, and in my prayers. I hope you are surrounded by loving people, and that your heart will soon find relief in remembering how lucky you are to have had such a wonderful connection with your Buck. (I am also so sorry about your little kitty...) No need to reply - just putting it out there for you... Blessings, pot clanger - sara
