    Your bread did rise very high. I think I would use a Pullman pan which is longer. Also I believe the directions stated to set the pan on the foil and bring it up and above the pan. Then staple the corners to make it snug. I just sent for the book. Your bread looks nice good and light. Just what I have been striving for. I have made so many door stops. Maybe you could cut the baking powder in half but I think a larger pan would help.
