Nicholas I'm sort of in the same boat as you! (haha irony in that phrase) Sparkling water is great, and I find that you can mix it with a lot of other drinks to make a wonderful tasting beverage.
I love it, I may be a little weird but I find that drinking it with something sweet (like a piece of pie) or anything that has an amount of sugar in it makes it taste so good with the buttermilk! Maybe it's just me, but hey you guys should try it out sometime! :)
As Goodweed said, using rhubarb makes a great taste with that soury taste to it. It all depends on how sweet you like it though, overall I think this is great and tastes really GOOD :D
Really glad to hear the good news! My mom MAY have a form of diabetes but I'm trying to get her to exercise more, at least she cooks very healthy meals which I think is a must in any situation :)
