Hello,

I am a rather inexperienced cook, who loves experimenting. I think I spent long enough catering to my husbands taste buds. That does not mean I do not love him. But there is more food then easy, fried, and plain. I recently came to the conclusion if you are not going to eat it then you can fend for your self.

We grew up in different specs. His mother worked and provided efficient meals.

While my mom was mostly a stay at home. Each families cooking is different and we are currently running into that issue. I want healthy, extensive meals that are seasoned. He wants fast and easy. We been together thirteen years and I gained alot. I'm finally 300 pounds and had enough.
Sometimes easy is nice...
Sometimes my experiments turn out okay.
Also I am unsure of why me a person who only ever took cooking classes online knows more then, him who took home e.c. for three semester. He basically came out with the knowledge to much cummin is bad, and how to make pie crust.
