What's everyone's opinion on cutco knives? My family has them and love them, but they don't do much gourmet cooking. The homemaker set's knives are great I've used them before, but I want to purchase a gourmet set and was wondering if anyone on here have used Cutco's gourmet knives? Thoughts?

Those companies always use the easy way out and use cheap steel to try and make a profit. You'd think these respectable chefs would want to put their name on a good product.
