Want to Buy all 3 Wolfe Rub Recipes? Here's how!

$100.00 sent. Haven't posted here or bbq'd in a while (working nights) and just recently caught myself up with the situation. I've preached your rubs to the guys on the jobsite (they love it) and i'll tell em to get their butts on here. I hope all goes well. TJ p.s. Mr. Wolfe, you gotta...

    Ribs done right!

Good looking ribs! I tried the Smokenator and it works well. Packing it with charcoal and having the water resevoir stay level was the only little hassle i had with it. (like playing tetris) Check this thread out as another option...

    Smokenator 1000

I tried it once so far and it worked out well. It held the temps at the 250-240 for pretty much the whole cook. The only problem i had was when i packed the chamber with recommended amount of coals, it was tough to fit the water container flush with the metal. I had to play with it for a while...

Ribs, ABT's on kettle with smokenator

It's the first time i'm doing ribs on the kettle. The Smokenator worked pretty well for it's maiden voyage but i blew it and undercooked everything. I had them on for 4+ hours but it coulda used another solid 1 1/2 hours or so. Even the ABT's were rubbery (first time cooking them). I still...

    350 on Performer

Is it possible??? I started with about 3/4 chimney full of Kingsford and cooked inderect. It was very tough trying to get the temps down but finally got it close enough to cook. Had to have the vents on the bottom 100% closed and top vents 20% open. Too much fuel maybe??? I think i'll try...
