    Whats cooking Sunday September 20,2009?

    Dinner tonight by request of my 11yo son, Fried chicken - I use Smart Balance oil - sauteed cabbage, yellow rice and buttermilk biscuits. Okay gotta go finish dinner.

    What are you baking today?

    Buttermilk biscuits I am making buttermilk biscuits which I do almost every other Sunday:chef:, but today I am substituting butter flavored Crisco with real butter:unsure:. I will tell you how they turnout :wink:
