It is a great idea! Those Singer sewing machines and or the base can be found easily. Will make a sturdy work area. Make sure the height will work for you.

Great idea and you can find those machines or at least the base everywhere. You can buy them reasonably. Creates a great and sturdy work piece as long as the height works for you

Being married to an Italian I am lucky that it is a weekly thing plus the leftovers. I would not change it for anything. I love Italian food!

George I find with my electric smoker(not the same brand) that it is hard to get the temp up when it is cold outside. Works great in warm weather but during winter not so good
