Sounds delicious. I'll try it someday and I'll be sure to tweak it as well because I love tweaking recipes. I tweaked my way to this not too long ago:
2 big potatoes (actually a big one and a med. one)
1 carrot
1 and 1/2 red onions
3 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cups water...
Had homemade soup; oignons, potatoes, carot, garlic, soy sauce, ginger, cumin (a bit), sesame oil, butter, cream cheese, cayenne, paprika. Had it with white rice.
