    Japanese Panko. Comes in a small box and makes terrific fried anything.

    That is exactly it. I would use it to pour hot sugar syrup over nuts. Thanks.

    I know the subject sounds odd, but I know there is/was a drum attachment made for KitchenAids or Hobarts that revolved and with hot syrup added would allow candy coating or caramelization. Is anybody aware of that attachment, what it is called, where I might find one? Thanks :cool:
