I like to cook and blend flavored. I am a novice chef with a knack for following directions and adding variations to recipes to make them my own. I'm not into desserts but my wife loves making them. I like to grill and I've been cooking since I was 6 years old.
Currently I am 29 and I live in the phila area, I have a West Indian background but love incorporating different cultural spices and processes in my kitchen. I love cooking for large events, but right now cooking is just a hobby. I love to dialogue about fantastic recipes, its a good way to relieve stress and save money, eating out has become a thing of the past unless it's a special occasion.
