Really dumb question about chicken breast "halves"
Hmm, I don't believe it says "split breasts" (at least nowhere immediately visible), but from your picture it looks as though that's what they were. The package reads: Young Chicken Boneless Skinless Breasts with Rib Meat Maybe the fact that they're "Young Chicken" explains why they're...- Choc

BBQ sauce in a slow cooker - will it work?
Hi, I am an amateur cook, and I've unsuccessfully tried frying meats with BBQ sauce in the past. The BBQ sauce ends up burning (or something), and the flavor completely changes. So I'm wondering if it would be acceptable to brown some ground chicken, then let it marinate in a slow cooker...
