Starting 29th year of teaching Special Education. I've taught in every grade level and every building of the Dunklin R5 district. This year they are moving me to a neighboring district high school to continue the LifeSkills class that I've taught for 2 years now. This is a low-incidence disability class for lower functioning students with autism or intellectual impairments.
I have a tabby cat named Simon. He is the most loving cat I've ever had. He loves to curl up under my chin and sleep while I watch tv. It is sometimes a challenge to watch tv with a snoring, 15 pound cat on my chest, usually with his butt blocking my view.
