    Pepper & Pepper Grinders

    I've been using a large heavy duty electric for a year and a half now and will never go back to hand grinding. Search google and you will find what i'm using. dual ceramic cutters and a large hopper make them very usable Penzeys peppercorns seem to be of very high quality as well. Vince

    digital thermometers are strange

    I bought an expensive digital meat thermometer that reads very fast. Very helpful for figuring out the average internal temperature. I think it was close to a hundred bucks and to me, worth every penny. Vince

    Forget the Lansky.. I bought Lansky's diamond system thinking it was an upgrade for the like stone system I was using. Knives fell out of the holder and it sucked overall.
