A former truck owner/operator who is changing professions and is about to attend culinary school. Currently I do all the cooking for my family and friends and I'm always looking to learn more. Also would like to network with other like-minded individuals for possible ventures. My ultimate plan is to "get in" on the mobile gourmet food truck scene and create menus that are delicious and not on the next persons menu. From NYC now living in San Antonio Tx
