    buy a weber chimney to start the coals. Keep the grate oiled so nothing sticks. Keep it clean.

    First off I really dont want to piss anyone off but..We have the Jr and love it. Havent had any problems at all. Good food everytime. I admit that it is used for the most part for tri tips and steaks but it can still cook a really good big ol hunk of meat.. Everyone here knows the old saying...

    For what its worth I use parsley BUT I have filled the box up with brisket that was so full you could not see any green. Got a 1st and a 2nd like that.

    Chicken fried hamburger steaks

    That looks great JB. My mother used to make a gravy with the burger drippings and then put the chicken fried burgers back in the gravy before serving. MMMMMMMM good. I guess it has been 20 or more years since I had that. Thanks for bringing back some good thoughts.

    I want to thank God for helping me find my lady who I have been married to for 22 years. The best thing to happen to me in my life. She is a great mother too. My kids are wonderful. Besides money, everything is good.
