We got our garlic innoculation last night. Garlic Roasted Chicken, salad and corn. It was funny, when I was prepping the garlic I popped in a Good Eats tape I taped a while back. It was the garlic episode.

Let us know how it turns out. Oolong is a favorite of mine but I have never used a Yixing teapot.
