    How do you like your eggs?

    i like sunny side up eggs....if it's scrambled, there should be other ingredients inside like onions with cheese or mushrooms. don't like plain scrambled eggs

    just wondering wat are baking powders and baking soda for? ....i mean wat does it exactly do in the brownies that we bake? coz i just follow the recipes w/o even knowing what those 2 really does, will it make any difference if we don't include them in the recipes?

    just want to ask coz i use butter often on my recipes. now m wondering if i can use butter also as a substitute on lard or shortening?
