    Pasta Types w/ Recipes?

    Okay... I've been looking around the internet for a while, but all I end up finding are Pasta VARIETIES... with no recipes or egg quantity attached with them. I was wondering if anyone has a useful chart or link that would show this with the pasta type... not just What it is or what it is...

    Cooking with Wines... new at this!

    Okay, about a week ago, I decided to start cooking with wines. I decided to get a 2003 Italian Charrdonay (about $9) and make a cream sauce with it. However, the sauce turned out VERY SOUR! The wine had a slighly fruity taste, and a slightly sour taste to it. It was not exactly the best...
