yeah i was referring to the pre-made foods hehe, a new trader joe's opened up accross the street from my campus and i was just looking at some of the labels at the premade food items and it seemed a bit high
I was looking at the labels of some of the products at Trader Joe's and was shocked by some of the calories and fats in the food. Do you guys think that Trader Joe's food is really healthy?
i just remembered that around this time, Trader Joes stocks pumpkin flavored ice cream. It tastes really good, so if anyone wants to try it, go to Trader Joes =p
Whole Foods is a good store as well. The one where I live is big and has a salad bar and deli as well. However, Trader Joes has a certain feeling to it. I only buy the organic produce because it seems fresher and well taken care of.
I love Trader Joe's underbaked breads that you just put in the oven and bake fresh. I also like combining their orange chicken with their shrimp fried rice haha. O and I cant forget about their chips and salsa. I always buy a jar of salsa and the organic corn tortilla chips.
Anyone else find Trader Joes to be a great answer for being to lazy to cook? Their frozen food sections really have everything and a person can warm up food in minutes. What do you guys think?
My schedule for today is....
1. Eat food =p
2. Do my dreaded calculus hw =/
3. Go to the gym
4. Snack on some chips and salsa and eat a PB&J late night =)
I like horror movies as well, mostly about vampires and sci-fi. I dont know if it was a horror or not, but Interview with the Vampire was a really good movie =p
