I'm a Chef by profession, I graduated with my degree at Culinary Institute of America, USA and immediately went to work for Imperial Suite, Le Bristrol Paris. One of the best hotels in Paris costing almost 30,000 euros a night, I have managed a larger number of chefs under me before I took up a State Job related to managing other chefs.
