If you are Chinese, you usually only go to Chinese restaurants for holidays because you could probably make..... 3/4ths of the food better than...

Well. i ended up buying the motorized potato cutter XD.
So yeah, it has a mode which can cut the potatoes to butterfly potato chip standards.
anyone have any suggestions on how to cook them?
Also anyone have any ideas on what cheese is easy to melt and stays melty for awhile but still is...

Whenever you go to the fairs therea re the people who have the butterfly potatoe chips...
All they do is push a potatoe through a specialized potatoe cutter making them very thin, then you put it yourself into a deep fryer...
