    Hi jpmc, I'm a Libra. The red velvet cake was delicious! It consisted of more cake than icing! It wasn't very sweet like most store cakes and had just enough icing that I didn't have to scrape it off. I highly recommend this cake. Yummy!

    Garlic, does the butcher charge you a per knife fee to sharpen them? Assuming you cook daily, how often do you get them sharpened? I've never heard of a grocery store butcher sharpening knives as a service for customers. I wonder if they provide that service at the stores where i shop.

    Thanks for your feedback, Katie. I agree the S loop one doesn't look very effective. I guess i'll test both handles to see which one requires me to twist my arm too much. Does your masher have simliar "holes" to this Oxo masher? thanks.
