I would love to have some Nigerian recipes to discuss on my radio cooking show! Please share!

If you're going for a visual...there's nothing like cooking salmon like the Indians do. Using long spears and skwering the salmon in them, then cooking at an angle over the fire. You can season them any way you desire, and they will attract a crowd!

I would like to add a suggestion: never let kids under the age of 16 (at least) light the fireworks! They can do the sparklers, but those should be lit by an adult! The entire "fireworks show" should be conducted by adults with spectators at a safe distance.
