    Can I water bath can Pecans & Peaches in brandy & honey?

    I have read various reputed sources (USDA & University) that I can and/or cannot can pecans in this manner. This are canned from last fall. I opened the jars and there were no adverse reactions, discolorations, odors, or molds. Since I have added alcohol, would this be okay? Thoughts?
