    Hi I am a Full time chef doing a Professional Cookery NVQ level 2 course.

    Yeah it is 8-12 months long. Once I have finished it then yeah I will want to go on to level 3. I will always want to progress and better myself :smile: It is a lot of fun too, The ERR (Employement rights and responsabilities) workbook is VERY boring lol. :blink:

    What’s your favourite salad?

    Pigeon breast, Bacon and Beetroot. We have beens serving this at my pub this month and it has been a great success! With babyleaf salad, Honey and wholegrain mustard dressing, with a Balsamic drizzle. TRES BIEN! :smile:

    Hey there my name is Lee and I work Full time at The Bull in Rolvenden. We change our menu every month. I am starting my Level 2 NVQ professional cookery course and am wondering if anyone out here has done the same or can provide me with any help? :chef:
