Yeah it is 8-12 months long. Once I have finished it then yeah I will want to go on to level 3. I will always want to progress and better myself :smile:
It is a lot of fun too, The ERR (Employement rights and responsabilities) workbook is VERY boring lol. :blink:

We have beens serving this at my pub this month and it has been a great success! With babyleaf salad, Honey and wholegrain mustard dressing, with a Balsamic drizzle. TRES BIEN! :smile:
