    Frozen to fresh spinach

    If a recipe calls for 10-ounce packages of frozen spinach, how much is this in fresh spinach? I figure that with the frozen-ness of frozen spinach it probably weighs a bit more than fresh. I could be wrong (it's been known to happen several times daily). Thanks!
