    Substituting Celery Salt for fresh celery

    I am making a soup in my slow cooker that calls for a stalk of celery. I don't have any on hand, and can not get to the store to buy some. I am going to add celery salt instead. Any idea how much I should use to replace one stalk of celerey? Thanks!! :rolleyes:
