I'm originally from the maritimes. St. Andrew's is beautiful and if you walk downtown you will find many great little places to eat. Elaine's Chowder House (its down on the wharf) is THE place for seafood chowder! Its a small little itty bitty place but the chowder is grand.

There are a lot of great suggestions in this thread. After I'm done the series I'm reading (by Lynn Kurland - historical paranormal romance), I'll start at the beginning and go from there!

Just went to your blog and found my way to your focaccia recipe/method. I made (attempted) focaccia a few day ago, but it came out so dry and a wee bit hard. The recipe I had did not call for brushing it with olive oil. So maybe that's why?
