    ISO mushroom free green bean casserole

    I am in the same boat you are except my husband is allergic and I just dont like mushrooms. I was thinking of mixing 1 can cream of chicken with 1 can cream of celery or potatoe, but im not sure.     How do you make green bean casserole without cream of mushroom soup? My husband is allergic to mushrooms, will cream of chicken soup or cream of celery work?
