I love to cook and I love to see peoples expressions when they taste food, it always says the whole truth. I have cooked most of my 50 years and hit burnt out so I took a few years off. Now, I miss cooking so I do it for home and guests. Sometimes I wonder if I should go back to the kitchen! I am always looking for new recipes and new techniques, one never gets to old to stop leaning.
