I agree with boozer, Ribeyes are one of my favorite cuts. I'm a fry it in lard fat is flavor guy. I prefer a nice cut of t bone but don't mind a sirloin if cooked right.

Sounds like a good time I'm sure you 'll do great. I know when my family heads out to say the county fair we would load up at a cafe or something before hand, Now a fundraiser/benefit I'd be more likely to eat there rather than eating out or at home beforehand. My 2¢ don't help much but...

thinking hot wings next. Almost picked up a couple 12" frozen pizzas to take the mini out to the job a cook some lunch on.

I typically use a picnic roast but all they had when I got to the store was the chunk pork steaks are cut from. been in the mini for about 4 hours now. O yeah its tomorrows dinner, wanted to smoke something today and the women wanted chicken fried steak so I didn't argue any lol
