    Chinese! Hi all, Yesterday I had black bean chicken cooked in my newly seasoned wok. Did taste not bad like for first woking:)

    Hi PrincessFiona and thx for reply. It doesnt taste burn. However, layer of patina seems to be very thick since first seasoning. Also when clean my wok after use, then dry it with high temp. Then I oil it with white kitchen roll and I can still see black residue on paper towel. Is this normal?
