I just purchased a new dutch oven and have heard it is great for a pot roast. Would love to get some recipe ideas to test out. Anyone got any ideas. I am also wondering what cut of meat to get and if I should use a marinade with it first??

I have been looking for madeleine pans all day and have come up empty. I live in the Chicago area and would like to just go pick one up at the store and not have to have it shipped. Anyone know of a store in the chicago area that would have them?? Also if you knowe of any good cooking supply...
