    What have you had for breakfast lately?

    You know, my parents gave me a special juicer for making smoothie as they know I'm a vegetarian. So, today my breakfast started with celery juice and some toasts with avocado. That was amazing.

    How long do you keep your leftovers in the refrigerator?

    I keep leftovers not more than a week. I may eat a soup 3-4 days, seafood 1-2 days, fried meat 4-5 days. If we are talking about any of garnish...I think it's 1-2 days, because after that period they become not really tasty.

    Do cooked mussels become toxic?

    It depends on the way they were cooked. If they are pickled there is no need to hurry up with them. If they are fried-the same. But, I believe, if they are fresh with some salt-there should be a sense.

    Safety of raw meats

    I wouldn't eat raw beef. I think it's because of my skepticism toward it. I mean, even in fish there could be some bacteria. The main point is you will never know if something "bad" is in any kind of meat. Sometimes, even if you grove it yourself.
