It's icky sticky and muggy here with a chance of thunder storms (we just had one about 1:30 this morn) and it is suppose to get hot (84) and humid! YUCK! I prefer it no more than 65-70 degrees!! :sick:

I've only been in NY for about 8 months. It is in the rural part of Northern New York. I haven't been to New York City. We live on a dairy farm. Which Washington were you at? DC or the State? I wasn't aware that Australia didn't have too much history. I still hope to get there some day.

Thanks for your help and yes it is like Cool Whip actually. I'm allergic to milk so I try to get non dairy. I'm glad I put it in the freezer. I was afraid it might mold.

OK, this is going to sound like a really strange question but I'm wondering why you have to put whipped cream in the freezer after two weeks. Does that mean if it isn't open already? I bought some and kept in the fridge meaning to make something with it but didn't get to it and two weeks past...
