    Thanks folks! I've found out that there seems to be no "secret" recipes to making flour! I had no idea it was just ground wheat. I didn't think it was that simple!! I've also found out that the flour supposedly loses 45% of it's nutritional value 24 hours after grinding and 90% after 72 hours...

    Northern boy looking for advice and a quick, easy and tasty recipe for Hominy!! I got a few cans of White and Golden from Krogers but have no recipes for them. Did a search but only found some definitions of Hominy and Hominy Grits. Can't eat definitions! Any help would be appreciated!

    Nope! Haven't tried it yet (but I surely will)! Looks to good to pass up! May try many variations. Might use sausage, another version with ham, another with diced tomato's and mexican shredded cheese! May even try some with hash browns added.

    I really wish it wasn't true but how can any of us confirm it! No more powdered milk product for me of any kind! It's really a shame since the powdered products have such a good shelf life. Just thought you all should know about it!
